OEDK Subscription
The customer will receive an ESD Order email:
After receiving the ESD Order Notification Email, click the the url link (highlighted) within that email. This will grant the recipient the Admin rights on both the Customer Order Management (COM) and Electronic Software Download(ESD) sites.
Once an Admin, you can manage the subscriptions (new and renewal) along with the developer seats. Please see the attached Welcome Manual.
Serial numbers and control files (Activation files)
OEDK Subscriptions have a process that allows the user to generate their own installation files (serial numbers and control codes) from the OpenEdge version, platform and products the user selects, based on their subscription. The licenses and control codes are then generated and can be used to install. Please visit the ESD home page for more information.
