Clarifying Information

A kill script is run to stop clients that have long time performing a transaction with kill -9.

The killing of the clients during a proshut causes the clients to get into a latch deadlock.

Resolution

Disable killing script for the database clients.

Workaround

Kill primary database broker process to stop the database.
