Question/Problem Description

While running DBTool and Promon are run concurrently, user will get error 49 and the operation will fail.

Steps to Reproduce	run dbtool parralley run promon and choose option 1.1

Clarifying Information

DBTool runs correctly if Promon is not running concurrently
Promon runs correctly if DBTool is not running concurrently

Error Message	PROMON 10: (49) SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation.

Cause

There is a locking issue with DBTool in 11.2 that causes this issue.

Resolution

Upgrade to 11.6

Workaround

Run Promon when DBTool is not running.
