Are additional OpenEdge licenses required to allow SSL/TLS connections ?

Is there additional licensing involved to use ssl/tls for Db connections and AppServer connections ?
Does implementing SSL/TLS connections require licensing any additional OpenEdge products / components ?

SSL support is an integral part of the OpenEdge network communications and no additional licenses are required

However:
Setting up a trusted SSL server identity requires obtaining dedicated SSL certificates from a registered Certificate Autority. 
There can be additional costs involved with that part of the process, depending on the Certificate Autority used.
