While you cannot subscribe to be automatically updated on Defect progression, through your SupportLink view, the DEFECTS (see image below) provides a list of all the Defects that were linked to cases in your view either by:
  • All defects by Case Severity
  • All defects last 12 months by Case Severity

Workaround
In the meantime, the "Defects" view in SupportLink provides you with a reference list of defect numbers that you've hit:
 
  • Ask Technical Support to lookup and provide the latest Defect details.
  • When your PANS subscription alerts a new Service Pack or next Release is available, parse the related "README" from your ESD site for the Defect number.
  • Check for updates against the Article we've written relating to this problem by querying the defect number in the Knowledge Base
