TitleDBRPR does not report rebuilding chains when Option 11 is selected for the same run

Version: 10.x, 11.x
OS: All supported platforms
Question/Problem Description
DBRPR tool does not report rebuilding Free, RM, and Index Delete Chains when fixing Cluster Chains at the same time.

When DBRPR Options 7,8,9 (rebuilding chains) and Option 11 (fix cluster chains for type II areas) are all selected, the rebuild of Free/RM/IDXDC chains messages do not appear on the screen (or in the log).

When rebuilding Chains at the same time as Cluster chains, only messages confirming the Cluster chains is reported:
Scanning clusters of object 4, object type 1 in area 9...
Scanning free cluster list backward in area 9...
Scanning the whole area for orphan clusters in area 9...

Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
When DBRPR Option 11 is not enabled at the same time as Options 7,8,9 (rebuilding chains), then DBRPR reports chain building actions explicitly, for example:
Rebuilt RM chain with 0 blocks on object 0/8.
Rebuilt free chain with 0 blocks on object 0/8.
Rebuilt index delete chain with 0 blocks on object 0/8.
Rebuilt RM chain with 22 blocks on object 4/1.
Rebuilt free chain with 0 blocks on object 4/1.
Rebuilt index delete chain with 0 blocks on object 4/1.

Cause
When DBRPR Option 11 (fix cluster chains for type II areas) is run, all chains (rm, free and index delete chain) are rebuilt on the fly while rebuilding clusters in the Type II Storage Area.

When any individual Chain Rebuild Option is selected along with the Cluster Rebuild Option, instead of rebuilding the chain and rebuilding clusters separately, only the cluster rebuild is performed as chain rebuild is already part of the process.
Resolution
In OpenEdge 11.6 when DBRPR Option 11 (fix cluster chains for type II areas) is selected  a new message has been added to help clarify the purpose
"rm, free and index delete chains will be rebuild" .

It is therefore not necessary to also select any of the DBRPR Chain Rebuild Options (7,8,9) when a Cluster Rebuild is instructed.

The detailed result of the Cluster Rebuild and RM, Free and Index Delete Chain build can be ascertained by comparing a PROUTIL CHANALYS report pre and post DBRPR build operations.
Workaround
If explicitly wanting to see the respective individual Chain rebuild result, run DBRPR Options 7,8,9 (rebuilding chains) instead of DBRPR Option 11 (fix cluster chains for type II areas).  Only Option 11 will fix type II cluster chains and if run subsequently, should be faster having had the respective chains already built.
